- 1 small punnet of blueberries (150g)
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 4 tablespoons of quinoa pops
- 500ml of almond milk
- 100ml of coconut water
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
